CSU Fresno

Inspired by both artistic and mathematical approaches, the art center on 9111 North Maple Avenue is characterized by organic curvatures, an emphasis on light and biophilic surroundings. The main source of inspiration was the texture of paint strokes on white paper.  Individual horizontality of each hair of the brushstroke provides organic appearance, and plays with natural light and shadow in the most ornate of details.
